- Copy of Certified Birth Certificate
- Copy of Original Social Security Card
- Family Commitment Form
- Student Records Form
- Health Registration Form
Financial:
The non-refundable application fee of $50.00 must accompany the application. The fee is paid online at the end of this application.
Tuition:
- Payment in full (due on or before August 1) paid online or by check.
- 10 Monthly Payments paid online from August-May
Financial Aid:
- If the student is transferring from a Public School to Sonshine Christian Academy they may qualify for a 75% discount scholarship.
- If financial aid is needed please contact us. There are some financial aid programs available.
