A. Demonstrate Competency in Flight Skills*

4. Have logged at least 5 flights taking off from high altitude
5. Have logged 10 flights with height gains in excess of 500ft above takeoff altitude
6. Have completed soaring flights from more than 5 sites, each with a minimum duration of 30 minutes

I am aware that a signed copy of this log may be requested by the Chief Executive for verification at any time.

I have completed the practical skill and theory requirements listed above and agree to comply with the NZHGPA rules, including any club rules that apply to the sites I intend to fly.

I hereby apply for the PG3 Pilot Certificate, issued in accordance with the Civil Aviation Rules, and the NZHGPA Operations & Procedures Manual.

I am aware that I have to maintain current NZHGPA Membership in order to fly.
