I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Playgroup Guidelines and declare the following:
My child/ren show no sign of sickness and have not been sick in the last 24-48hrs*
I will not use my mobile phone in view of the group*
To keep the reverence in the small space, I will keep conversations to a minimum during group activities.*
My child is my responsibility and if they are disrupting the group, I will remove them until they are ready to join in.*
I will sign in as I enter the room and assist on the day with tasks as needed.*
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given within 12 hours of session for a casual fee and cancellation must be in writing.
I understand and adhere to the refund policy.
I understand the group is limited to 10 children and RSVP is on a first contact basis.
