  • Tumbles Leotard Order Policy

    Made to Order: All Tumbles club leotards are custom-made and delivered directly to the gym.

    Delivery Time: Two weeks for all items in stock. Please note: items out of stock are reordered on the 1st of each month. Delivery takes approximately 8–10 weeks from this order date. 

    No Refunds or Exchanges: As leotards are made to order, all purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    Sizing: Families are responsible for selecting the correct size. Sample sizes may be available at the gym to try before placing an order.

    Payment: Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

    Collection: Once delivered, you will receive an email confirming your leotard is ready for collection.

    Design: As each leotard is handmade, slight variations in colour, pattern, or fit may occur.

    Care Instructions: To maintain quality, follow the care guidelines provided with your leotard (hand wash recommended, avoid tumble drying, keep away from abrasive surfaces).

    All items normally arrive with two weeks. Please note sometimes Leotards and tracksuits can take up to 6 weeks to arrive as they are byspoke. If you need a leotard or tracksuit urgently for an event please email the office to check your item will arrive before the competition.
