TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All boats must be picked up within 7 days from completion or boat will be hauled and stored at owner's expense.
- The owner must have insurance on any product that is in for service or storage.
- An interest charge of 1.5% monthly will be accessed to all unpaid invoices after 20 days.
- Atlantic Outboard is not responsible for loss or damage to the above described product or articles left in or with the product in case of fire, theft, accident, weather conditions or for any other cause beyond our control.
- Only Atlantic Outboard personnel are allowed to work on any vessel on premises without prior atlantic outboard approval.
- We schedule when commission sheets are received
- Lines and fenders much be on board prior to commissioning
- All work must be paid in full prior to picking up vessel
- We will do our best to launch on requested date. A request is not a guarenteed launch date.
I hereby authorize the above repair work to be done along with the necessary material, and hereby grant you and/or your employees permission to operate product herein described any waterway or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection.
An express mechanic's lean is hereby acknowledged on the above product to secure the amount of repairs.
