    Completion of this form does not imply that you have a gallery exhibit at the Homewood Public Library.This application is the first step in the process of exhibiting in the gallery. All gallery exhibits must be confirmed by the gallery coordinator. 

    The Gallery Wall is 361 square feet (9.5’ h x 33’ w). All artwork for the wall should have hanging hardware on the back. Artwork for the wall should weigh 50 lbs. or less.

    The two slat-wall Locked Cases are 71” h x 59” w  x 21” d. Framed artwork for these cases should have hanging hardware on the back. Four small shelves (24” l x 12” w) and four large shelves (58” l x 14” w) are available for free standing artwork.

    The three Center Cases are 58” l x 28” w  x 14” d These cases do not lock.

    Artist(s) should bring their artwork to the Homewood Public Library and remove their artwork from the Library at the above agreed upon times and dates. Artwork is displayed within the calendar month. No artwork may be stored at the Library before or after the show.

    If you would like the Library to provide Gallery Tags for the show, the full inventory of artwork should be sent to the Gallery Coordinator ten business days before the Installation Date/Time.

    The Ellenburg Art Gallery does not sell artwork. Artists are encouraged to provide their cards, flyers, etc. so that interested parties may contact them about purchasing artwork.

    The Ellenburg Art Gallery does not hold receptions for or arrange programs related to contracted Gallery Shows.

    The Ellenburg Art Gallery does not display artwork that contains nudity or profanity and reserves the right to refuse display of any artwork provided for a show.

  • EAG Photo Reproduction Agreement Copyright Permission

    The artist grants to Homewood Public Library:

    (a) The right to display the their artwork in the Ellenburg Art Gallery; and

    (b) The right to use images (photos) of the displayed artwork in materials relating to the exhibition of the artwork in the Ellenburg Art Gallery. This agreement also allows promotion in all media, including the Internet, as long as these images are not used for commercial purposes.

    (c) If the artist chooses not to grant the Homewood Public Library permission to use images (photos) created for promotional purposes, they may choose one of the two following options in order to complete the requirements for displaying their artwork in the Ellenburg Art Gallery:

     1. The artist must submit a written letter that is signed and dated to the gallery coordinator requesting that no reproductions of any kind should be made of their artwork. This letter must be submitted before the artwork is to be displayed for it to be in effect.

    2. The artist may submit images (photos) of their own that can be used by the Homewood Public Library for non-commercial promotional purposes only. These images must be submitted in a high-resolution jpeg format. The artist must supply a minimum of six images and a maximum of twenty. The images submitted must be representative of the artwork displayed in the EAG.

     This grant shall survive the termination of the agreement with the artist.
