Once we review your application we will contact you to discuss any questions. Remember: there are no right or wrong answers. This is simply a way for us to get to know you better.

2023 Litters: Standard puppy price is $3500 regardless of gender, pet or show quality. Adult dogs that are rehomed will have a nominal adoption fee and are usually placed with priority given to homes that have previously purchased a Northwoods Swissy.

Ownership Commitment
We do not ship puppies and require that they be picked up in person or at the airport when traveling in the cabin. Puppies are typically picked up around 10 weeks of age. Do you have any barriers to picking up your puppy when it is ready?*

Occasionally we have an adult or older dog available for retirement or a second chance home. Would you be interested in an adult?
All companion puppies are sold with AKC limited registration and cannot be bred. Are you willing to sign a contract that requires spay/neuter at the appropriate age?

What's Next?
Completing this questionnaire is the first step in the process of acquiring a puppy from Northwoods Swissies, but it does not guarantee you'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. We reserve the right to refuse any placement at any time. If this questionnaire is approved, you'll be contacted for a phone interview and then be asked to make a nonrefundable $500 deposit on a puppy when puppies are available. If you make a deposit, you are committing to taking a puppy and understand that the deposit is non-refundable. Should you elect to not take a puppy when one is available to you, the deposit is forfeited. Total payment on your puppy MUST be received prior to or at the time of pickup. Puppies will not leave our care until full payment has been made and processed. We have a Purchase Contract and will not let a puppy leave our care without a signed contract. We sell our puppies with Limited AKC Registration and they are not to be used for breeding or show confirmation unless otherwise specified in the contract.
