The W.A.R.E. Assessment
  • The following questions are designed to provide a general assessment of your readiness for HUMAN Centered Equity™. The "scores" are relevant in the very specific context of this work with Quiet Rebel, LLC.

    The survey is divided into 4 sections:

    • Childhood
    • Current Friendships
    • Personal Experiences
    • Professional Experiences

    Scores are tallied in 4 areas (W.A.R.E.):

    • Willingness
    • Awareness
    • Racial Equity Readiness
    • Equity Readiness

    Throughout the survey, if you encounter a question for which none of the answers apply to you, please answer in the way that is closest to your experience. You will have an opportunity to provide feedback at the end.

    We ask for your name and email address so that we may provide you with your results. We will not share your results or contact information without your consent.
