Dear Families,

It is hard to believe that we are ready to start our re-enrollment process for the 2024-2025 school year.

The school year is rapidly going by and I hope you and your child have had a wonderful experience thus far. I also hope that your child is growing academically, physically, and emotionally. On behalf of myself and the teachers, we thank you for the privilege of partnering with you in the education of your child. We hope to continue that partnership going forward into the upcoming school year.

The Re-Enrollment period for the 2024-2025 school year is here! Please take a few moments to complete a Re-Enrollment Application for each child who will be returning to Gabriel’s Art Kids or Robert Williams School next year. At this time, you may also add any siblings that will be joining our programs in the fall. Re-Enrollment deadline is March 22. On April 1st we will begin enrolling all new families. Please be aware of this deadline as we have an extensive waitlist. We reccommend to all current families to enroll now and withdraw later if need be, rather than try to get a spot later. We will be full in the fall in all of our programs. Get your child a spot at GAK/RWS now!

This packet of information includes the re-enrollment form, as well as lunch options and extended day options for our Early Childhood friends. There will be a tuition increase in the coming year. We feel it is necessary to raise tuition to continue to afford our amazing teachers and keep up with Whatcom County's cost of living increases. We want to be able to continue to offer your children the best Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education and After School Arts Program possible. Your tuition helps to cover the cost of high quality arts materials, taxes and utilities, maintenance on the building and grounds, teacher and staff salaries, insurance and related expenses. We have highly experienced teachers with a passion for teaching and learning, who are always bringing new and innovative lessons and pprograms to our school.

Supply Fee
There is a one-time yearly fee for all students of $200. There is no sibling discount or tuition reduction discount for the supply fees.

Registration Fees
To register for these classes please fill out the registration form and submit with a non-refundable $35 registration fee per student.

Enrollment Fees
There is a one time yearly enrollment fee for all students of $75. There is no sibling discount or tuition reduction discount for the enrollment fees.

This offer applies to monthly tuition only and excludes annual fees, transportation fees, camps, or teacher workdays. Availability is limited, so act fast! If you refer multiple families to us, you'll become one of our VIP families, enjoying numerous special perks.

Our referral program is active throughout the year, so there's no need to hurry. What matters is that the new family mentions your name when filling out their enrollment paperwork.
