• MPB Game Request Form

    DON'T BE TOO PICKY! I can only accommodate so much.  This is about what you need, not what you prefer.  

    If you are manager of two teams, include both on this same form.  This includes specific info requested in the text both, do one form for both teams.  We can sometimes help if you're also managing a Menifee Girls Softball (MGS) team as well, but also ONLY FOR THOSE MANAGING BOTH TEAMS. In that case you need to send your softball schedule to our scheduler as soon as you get it.

    MPB DOES INTERLEAGUE WITH EVB, meaning MPB teams may have 1-2 games at Canyon Hills Sports Park. 

    GAME SCHEDULE NOTES:

    • GAMES START on Opening Day (see league calendar) for Shetland thru Pony Divisions (most teams, but not all).  Filly and Champions may start the following Saturday.  Colt may start any time in that first week.  
    • SATURDAY GAMES - Teams in any division may start games as early as 8am and as late as mid-late afternoon.  Mustang & up will play some Saturday evening games.  Younger teams have a higher percentage of games in the morning hours.  COLT is usually alternated between early morning and late-afternoon for our home games, and games in other cities can vary to any time from 8am to a 7pm start.   

    • FIELD INFO, MOST SATURDAYS:

      > Filly thru Bronco plays at Wheatfield/Lago/Centennial & CHP
      > Filly thru Pinto-KP MPB teams will typically play once at CHP (Canyon Hills Park). EVB teams will play over half at CHP.  
      > Mustang thru Pony MPB teams play 1-2 times at CHP, and EVB teams will play over half at CHP.  
      > Colt plays 55% or more of games at Lago Vista #1, the rest could be at either Harveston (Temecula), Los Alamos (Murrieta), or Spencers Crossing (French Valley). 
      > CHAMPIONS will play at Centennial Park. 
       

      FIELD INFO, MOST WEEKNIGHT GAMES:

    • Filly thru Pinto-KP play on Saturdays-only, unless a makeup game is needed. Last games for Filly are usually 2-3 weeks before Closing Day (or our final scheduled league playoff games).  
    • Mustang/Bronco/Pony DivisionS play most-to-all Saturdays, and then each team will play 2-4 weeknight games as well, which could be at 7pm or 7:15pm.   
    • Colt Division play most-to-all Saturdays, and then a weeknight game on most weeks.  Those game nights could be any night from Monday thru Thursday. 
    • Elsinore Valley Baseball (EVB) plays with us in all divisions thru Pony.  Their home field is Canyon Hills Sports Park, just outside of the west edge of town.  Exact same rules apply there as they do in Menifee.
    • All-Star Tryouts (Shetland thru Pony 14u, in spring) are on a Sunday in early April.  There are no game schedule changes due to this.  
    • Easter/Spring Break - There will be no games that Saturday or that Friday night.  Those are the only days we take off for this holiday school break.  
    • Halloween - There will be no games on Halloween.
    • STORM NIGHT is usually in late April.  Some of you will play in the morning on that day, running as late as 12:30pm or so.  Some of you will play Friday or even Thursday night that week instead.  
    • PLAYOFFS (Shetland thru Pony) start approximately the last Saturday of April (October in Fall) or the first Saturday of May (November in Fall), with Championship games as late as possibly on our leagues Closing Day (see league calendar).  In Fall, we concluded on/before the Thursday before Thanksgiving, if weather permits.

  • IMPORTANT - If you are managing teams in two divisions we will make sure to schedule your games so they do not overlap. It is important for you to double-check your entire schedule once it's released though in case we made a mistake with that. We need to know before the season starts, as it's very difficult to make schedule changes later in the season.
