  • DEPOSITS

    I do require a non refundable $100 booking deposit for all color appointments. This goes towards your appointment and helps me purchase product ahead of time specifically for you. These are non refundable but are transferable if you need to reschedule, as long as you reschedule at least 72 hrs in advance. Please be ready to pay the deposit to secure your appointment when I reach out to you for scheduling. Your appointment is not reserved for you until the deposit is paid. 

     
     CANCELLATION POLICY

    PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL/ RESCHEDULE. IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 72 HRS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT AND HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER ONE IN ORDER TO REBOOK. IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 48 HRS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING 50% OF WHAT YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN, AND NEED TO PUT ANOTHER DEPOSIT DOWN IN ORDER TO REBOOK. IF YOU NO CALL NO SHOW/ CANCEL THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, THEN YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING 100% OF WHAT YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN AND WILL NOT BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO REBOOK. IF YOU ARE 10+ MORE MINUTES LATE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING 100% OF WHAT YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN AND WILL NEED TO PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO REBOOK. DEPOSITS FOR HAIR COLOR APPOINTMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
