1. Application for all chapters will be accepted by the Executive Board no later than the 3rd Tuesday in March. A New Chapter may present themselves to the YES League Executive Board at any meeting prior to or at the February meeting of the current year. Or, notification to the YES League Commissioner followed by the completion of this application to be received no later than the February meeting of the current year.
2. All new chapters are to be conditionally accepted or rejected by the 2nd Tuesday in March. The applicant may make their final presentation to the Executive Board at the March meeting of the current year.
3. A new chapter may not use the name of a team that is already being used without prior written consent of that existing chapter and the YES League Executive Board.
4. By election, the new chapter must establish an Executive Board consisting of, at a minimum, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Scholastic Representative, Coaches Representative, and a Player Agent. List of these chapter officials must be submitted with this application. Said Board List must include: name, position, address, phone number(s) and email address.
5. Prepare a set of By-Laws consistent with those of the YES League. Attach a copy to this application.
6. Must be a non-profit organization and have an active/valid IRS 501(c)3 designation (state and federal) with an established board of directors and By-Laws. This process may be in progress at the time of application submittal.
7. The new chapter must agree to field at least 5 teams from 6U to 13U in the current season.
8. YES League fees are $2,500.00 per season.
9. New Chapters must post in advance, a non-refundable League fee of $2,500.00 with your application. Payment to be made to: Youth Elite Standards League via PayPal, Venmo, money order or certified Cashier's Check. Returning Chapters must post in advance, a non-refundable deposit of at least $1,250.00 by the April President's meeting, with the balancepaid in FULL by June 1st. Payment to be made to: Youth Elite Standards League via PayPal, Venmo, money order or certified Cashier's Check. No Personal or Chapter checks are accepted.
10. Be financially stable and independent. (Copy of Bank Statement may be required Chapter shall accept responsibility for all indebtedness incurred in the purchase of equipment, uniforms, and other items necessary to field teams.
11. Shall accept and abide by all the Rules and By-Laws of YES League.
12. Have a cheer program or develop one after 1st year with YES League.
13.All parents and volunteers must sign a code of conduct and Social Media form.
14.Will abide by and follow all COVID Procedures as determined by the CDC and State Government, and what may be implemented by the YES League to ensure safety of all participants.
15.All Chapters will have to sign a New Chapter Agreement.
