Due to limited spaces at our venue, there is a non-refundable $75 participation fee for all tabling organizations. Abundance NC will invoice you and payment is due in advance.

This fee includes 2 tickets to the event. 

All businesses must bring their own 10x10 tent, table, and chairs.

*$100 worth of complimentary, sustainably grown peppers of your choice
*600-1,000 compostable tasting dishes (3oz.)
*Bamboo cutlery for festival attendees.                                                             
*Hospitality Volunteers to lend you a hand
*Access to 2,000 potential customers
*Statewide event promotion (and beyond!)

YOU PROVIDE
*600-1,000 small tasting size portions of a pepper dish/drink you create

*Your beautiful spirit

This is a zero-waste festival, so please make sure that everything you bring into the gate is either leaving with you or is compostable. We require all participants use the provided compotsbale cutlery and serving plates. Any glass or plastic must be taken out by the vendor per Town of Pittsboro ordinance.
