As a PepperFest volunteer, I will take pride in and ownership of this festival. I will embody radical hospitality joyfully. As a representative of Abundance NC - the hosting nonprofit - I will strive to make every festival goer, fellow volunteer, participating business, staff member, and community member feel at home at PepperFest.
