    The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse any team entry made by any group or individual that is deemed unsuitable for the Beaches Easter Egg Hunt.
    No refunds will be issued for cancelations or no-shows.
    No alcohol or cannabis are allowed to be used during the Beaches Easter Egg Hunt.

    By checking the box below and submitting this application form the Applicant acknowledges having received and read the TERMS and CONDITIONS contained above and agrees to release THE TORONTO BEACHES LIONS CLUB, ROADSHOW EVENTS and THE CITY OF TORONTO from any and all liability and responsibility arising from their participation in the Beaches Easter Egg Hunt.
    By submitting the application form the Applicant agrees to indemnify the TORONTO BEACHES LIONS CLUB, ROADSHOW EVENTS and THE CITY OF TORONTO for any negligent and wrongful act that may be committed by the Applicant or other Applicants surrounding the Beaches Easter Egg Hunt.
    By submitting the application, the applicant agrees to and will adhere to the Terms and Conditions during the Easter Egg Hunt.
