    Your signature acknowledges that you have read and understand the guidelines below.

    Vendors who participated in last year’s show are eligible for early consideration; however, early consideration does not guarantee acceptance. Requests for specific placements (including walls, corners, or specific booth locations) are not guaranteed.

    Returning vendor applications will be accepted through March 1. Approval decisions for returning vendors will be made on or before April 15. Please provide a valid email address that you check regularly.

    If accepted, a 20% deposit is due by May 15, and final balances are due by August 1. Payments not received by these deadlines will result in the application being moved to inactive status without exception. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Consideration of new vendor applications will begin after March 15.

    While we understand that product offerings may evolve throughout the year, applicants must provide accurate and complete information regarding all products to be sold in their booth at the time of application. Applicants are required to list each product category along with the estimated percentage of booth inventory, totaling 100%. Applications that do not total 100% will be returned for correction.

    Products or categories not listed on your application will not be permitted for sale. Vendors may be required to remove unapproved items from their booth. This policy helps ensure a balanced mix of vendors and prevents excessive overlap, providing the best possible shopping experience.

    This requirement also applies to pop-up or non-traditional offerings, including but not limited to Permanent Jewelry, Charm Bars, Custom Hats, or similar items, which may be reserved for exclusive vendors or approved add-ons. Any products that do not clearly fit within the listed categories must be included under the “Other” category with a detailed description provided for review.
