READ CAREFULLY
Signature is acknowledgement of your understanding. Failing to sign will result in your application being rejected due to incompletion.
As a prior vendor at last year’s show, you have the opportunity for early application. Please note that early application does not guarantee acceptance and all requests for offerings such as: Walls, Corners, Specific booths, etc. are not guaranteed. Please list a second choice above should your first request be unavailable.
Early applications will be received through March 15th. Approvals for early applications will be made by or before April 15th. Please ensure that you have listed a working email address on your application that you regularly check. If you are accepted, you will have 15 days from notification to pay your deposit balance of 20%. After 15 days, if no deposit has been received, your application will moved to inactive without exception.
We recognize that there are many new offerings during the year that arise at your businesses, however, please include accurate information along with percentages of each of the products you will be offering in your booth. The estimated percentages must equal to 100% on your application to prevent return of application. Please note that unlisted categories/offerings may result in your being asked to remove items from your booth and that categories not included on your application will not be allowed to be sold. Our aim is to offer variety and brands which are watched closely throughout the approval process to provide an optimal shopper experience. This includes pop-up vendor offerings or added items that do not fall under “typical” categories – examples of this would be: Permanent Jewelry, Custom Hats, etc. as we may have other providers offering these items exclusively or as a previously approved add-on. Any add-on requests for approval that do not fall under the categories listed should be included in the “other” category and a complete description must be included.
As always, the earlier we receive your application, the better for floor planning purposes. Spaces tend to fill quickly, and we begin working applications in the order they are received.
