I have sensed God's direction in submitting this registration for Deep Camp. I agree to abide by all present and subsequently issued policies of Deep Camp. I clearly understand that full payment for the total cost of tuition is solely my responsibility and that I am responsible for all expenses incurred on my behalf (or my group or family) in the event I should voluntarily leave or be excused from Deep Camp due to disciplinary actions taken. I further understand that upon submission of this registration, I will receive instructions on how to submit my 25% deposit. After Forge receives my deposit, my registration for Deep Camp will be confirmed.
