I also acknowledge that I will represent the Richard R. Silver Memorial Scholarship and/or Hacienda CDC by way of local and state-wide print media or other types of media and publicity. I further agree that if selected I will meet a representative of the Richard R. Silver Memorial Scholarship for the purpose of giving testimony about my experience as a recipient.
