Welcome! All new guests start working with me here with this digital consultation form. This allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that I can ensure your initial appointment is properly booked. Please complete the form in full and I'll be in touch within 24 hours of your request during my work week which is Tuesday-Saturday. Requests submitted Sunday-Monday will be responded to on Tuesday. By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email/text with an appointment date and time option and a general price quote. Your in-salon appointment will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 1-2 weeks of appointment submission request, guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 3-4 weeks to be seen. I understand that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice or no show, I may be banned from booking future appointments with the salon, or required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book my next appointment.
