All requests submitted Saturday-Monday will be responded to on Tuesday. By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email/phone call with time and date options and a general price quote. Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 1-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen. I understand that Teal Studio has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy (pease read on our website) and if I do no show my appointment, I may be banned from booking any future appointments with the salon. * There is a $50 non-refundable deposit that is applicable to all new guest appointments. Someone from our team will reach out within 48 hours. We must recieve a response within 24 hours in order to keep your appointment.*
