SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not booked nor confirmed until the photographer sends a contract via e-mail, the deposit is paid and contract is signed. I understand that this form is a booking request and does not guarantee nor hold session date/time. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions. Once contract is signed and deposit received, if I need to reschedule I will contact the photographer prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. I will do my best to reschedule my session within 2 weeks of original session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate photographers schedule. *
