    • SHOE WEAR PATTERN: OPTIONAL

Your favorite flat shoes will show wear in distinct patterns.  These wear patterns are dependent on the way you walk.  Wear patterns show us how you roll your foot as you take steps.  The patterns are formed by scrapping and twisting forces as your shoe either meets a surface or as your foot lifts and pushes off from a surface.

Check your favorite walking or running shoes and match them to one of the wear patterns shown below.

NOTE: Your wear pattern may not be as severe as the images shown below.  The indicators of wear will show in the areas definded with the red dotted lines.

Select: one of the three options that are most similar to the wear pattern of your favorite flat shoes.

    • Normal Wear
    • Inward wear from pronated foot
    • Outward wear from supinated foot
    • INSIDE ARCH (Longitudinal Arch): OPTIONAL

We will now look at the Inside Arch (Longitudinal Arch).  This is the inside arch of your feet.  There are three images for you to select from.  A normal arch, a high arch and a flat arch.

    • ANKLE ALIGNMENT: OPTIONAL

Your ankles alignment indicates the alignment of your skeletal frame.  Your feet are the foundation of the structure of your whole body.  This will tell us alot about other potential skeletal injuries you may have.  When your feet are out of alignment they will increase pressure on other parts of your skeletal frame which can then be the cause of knee, hip,  lower back, shoulder or neck pain.

With the help of another person take a photograph similar to the photo to the right.  Upload the photo in the "upload image" slot below.
