About me

The driving force behind my work is my personal life challenges having experienced social disadvantage, struggles, and hardship in my own life. I now have my own business that helps charities and social enterprises to develop and grow so that they can help people that are experiencing life challenges, because I know how hard it is when you just want to give up. I have business coaching skills and have helped hundreds of businesses to set up, develop and grow.

I am also a transformation meditation teacher, a reiki therapist and martial artist. I have been part of the Herbalife Nutrition family for two years, and love the products, the team, the community and the business. The products supported me to loose weight, my energy levels went out of the roof and my mindset went from negative to positive. I feel part pf an amazing community that is is just buzzing with health, vitality and positive energy.
