• TIME AND TALENT: Do you understand that the musician has WAIVED the "base service fee" of $750.00USD for the time, talent and services to be provided by the musician as outlined in this agreement, and do you understand that the base fee includes up to three (3) hours of performance for every 24-hour duration?*

• INCIDENTALS DEPOSIT: Do you understand that the musician has WAIVED the required incidentals deposit of $500.00USD which is to be used for any incidental charges (e.g. additional luggage, additional hotel fees, additional pro-audio equipment sourcing, etc.) that may be incurred during the trip which we are unable to account for beforehand? PLEASE NOTE: The musician commits to help reduce expenses wherever possible and will communicate the need for additional funds as soon as possible if it's needed.*

• ADDITIONAL LUGGAGE FOR PRO-AUDIO EQUIPMENT: Do you agree to pay any additional luggage expenses required for travel of the pro-audio equipment (necessary for the musician to perform) through the outbound and return routings indicated in this agreement? PLEASE NOTE: The musician commits to help reduce expenses wherever possible by traveling only with a minimum set of equipment and sourcing other items (e.g. PA speakers, speaker stands, etc.) locally.*

• PRO-AUDIO EQUIPMENT: Do you agree to pay any expenses required for the procurement of the following pro-audio equipment items needed for the musician to perform: Two (2) professional-grade PA speakers (range: 40hz-20kHz, minimum 400W each) w/ XLR inputs, XLR or speaker cables, and speaker power cables; One (1) 120V step-down transformer (if needed); One (1) 120V 25-ft. extension cord (if needed), and do you understand that all equipment and instruments provided by the musician are reserved for the sole use of the musician only?*

• POWER SUPPLY: Do you agree to provide access to one 120-volt-20-amp electrical outlet within 25-ft of the musician's setup area at least one hour (60 mins.) prior to the performance start time, and do you understand that this power circuit may be provided through a step-down transformer if necessary?*

• PRO-AUDIO EQUIPMENT AND SOUND CHECK: Do you understand that the musician requires a pro-audio equipment and sound check to be completed prior to any performances, and that an additional sound check is required if there are any changes (e.g. failure/replacing of a unit) made to the pro-audio equipment or sound settings?*

• DAILY MAXIMUM SERVICE HOURS: Do you understand that the musician can only provide a maximum of three (3) hours of vocal performance in a twenty-four (24) hour period, and that the musician requires a fifteen (15) minute period of vocal rest with every hour of vocal performance provided, and any exception to this term can only be made at the discretion of the musician?*

• MINIMUM DAILY REST: Do you understand that the musician requires a minimum of eight (8) hours of daily rest for every twenty-four (24) hour period of the trip, and any exception to this term can only be made at the discretion of the musician, and to prevent a possible degradation of performance quality the musician reserves the right to refuse service if the minimum daily rest period is not provided?*

• COMMUNICATION: Do you agree to provide the musician with one (1) iPhone mobile SIM card and necessary voice and data service to ensure communication, and do you understand that the musician agrees to be available for communication via text message or voice calls through this mobile SIM card throughout the trip? PLEASE NOTE: The musician commits to help reduce expenses wherever possible by connecting to any available free wifi services and communicate via data methods (e.g. Whatsapp, iMessage, etc.).

• VISA OR WORKING PERMIT: Do you agree to pay any expenses required for VISA's or working permits which the musician may need to perform, and do you understand that any performances canceled due to the lack of necessary VISA's or working permits will still incur the musician's base service fee for the day as indicated in this agreement?

• EVENT INSURANCE: Do you agree to procure any insurance necessary for events and/or performances, and do you understand that the musician cannot be held liable for any related occurrences or incidents as a result of not having event insurance? • RAIN/FLOODING/DIRECT SUNLIGHT PROTECTION: Do you agree to provide the musician a sufficient space to setup that is protected from rain (overhead/side covering), flooding (floor), direct-sunlight (heat) and/or any inclement weather, and do you understand that, at his discretion, the musician reserves the right to refuse service if the protection of Keano Productions' instruments and sound equipment is at risk?*
