What would you like to do as Laureate?*
No two years as laureate are the same. We are interested to know what you would like to do as Peterborough Poet Laureate - if there is a group of people you'd like to work with, or if you want to put on poetry events, or write about a particular theme or issue. You may also use this space to talk about what skills you'd like to develop or mentoring you would like to receive.
Deadline for applications is midnight on Monday 30th December 2024. Applicants may be contacted ahead of the deadline to be told about the details of the final.

We aim to get in touch with you as soon as possible after the deadline to announce the finalists. All applicants will be contacted at least by the 20th January 2025.

Syntax Poetry reserves the right to withdraw any submissions which are deemed hateful or prejudiced towards another group or individual.

Once you have submitted, you will not be allowed to make any changes to your submission. So please take your time over your application, and only submit when you are ready!
