"Mission Moment" Nomination Form

Please use this form to recognize a Regis University faculty or staff member for a Mission Moment that demonstrates our mission and/or Jesuit values. Nominations can be made by anyone, at any time. 

All nominees are recognized in The Regist newsletter, and each month a drawing for a $50 Regis Bookstore or Student Center Cafe gift card will be held for individuals who received a Mission Moment nomination. Each recipient will also receive a Mission Moment certificate for receiving this acknowledgement.
