THE WEEKEND - SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST FORM

Investing in events that promote spiritual growth is vital for your student's overall spiritual development, identity and sense of purpose. You’re not just supporting their spiritual journey; you're equipping them with essential life skills that will benefit them in countless ways as they grow. Scholarships at Sugar Creek are funded by generous people who know the importance of supporting families who need help in providing such opportunities for their children. Please fill out this application request in its entirety and do not register until you have received an approval email from studentsl@sugarcreek.net with the discount code. If you are in need of a scholarship for more than one student, you will need to fill out an individual form for each student. Applications may require approval from a Scholarship Evaluation Council and may take longer, so be patient. If you do not receive an email within 10 - 14 days of completing the application, please email students@sugarcreek.net.
Before submitting a scholarship request, the parent filling out this request will need to read over the info packet to ensure a full understanding of the event.

It is important for you to contribute financially toward you student's spiritual growth. Scholarships are available, however, funds are limited. If your student has previously received a scholarship for a retreat or camp, please list the event and the year.
The standard scholarship is either 25% or 50%. We, in rare cases, have awarded 75% or 100% with approval from the scholarship council. Please enter the % scholarship requesting: 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%*
