    Non Disclosure Agreement

    This agreement (the” Agreement”) is made by AC Creative with its mailing address located at 1440 W. Taylor St. Chicago IL (the “Receiving Party”) and the “Disclosing Party” (Listed Above). 

     CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

    The Receiving Party agrees not to disclose, copy, clone, modify any confidential information related to the Disclosing Party and agrees not to use any of such information without obtaining consent. Confidential Information refers to any data and/ or information that is related to the Disclosing Party and in any form including but, not limited to oral or written. Such confidential information is but is not limited to any information related to the business or industry of the Disclosing Party, intellectual data, discoveries, processes, techniques. 

    OBLIGATIONS OF RECEIVING PARTY

    Receiving Party shall hold and maintain the confidential information in the strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Disclosing Party. Receiving Party shall return or destroyed upon request all records from the Disclosing Party.

    TIME PERIOD

    This Agreement shall be enforced perpetually without cease.
