By attending this training, I agree to the following:
1. I will facilitate a minimum of two Ending the Game Workshops/Sessions per year (One Ending the Game workshop/session is comprised of ten lessons).
2. I will comply with all reporting requirements designated by CACGA (collect sign-in sheets, collect pre and post-tests, keep track of the number of youth receiving the training, etc).
3. I will maintain curriculum fidelity.
4. I will attend quarterly facilitator peer review meetings.
5. Provide ongoing feedback regarding the curricula.
6. Comply with additional training requirements set forth by CACGA.
