Redos/Adjustments
I want you to love your hair! If you are having any challenges with your cut or colour, please reach out to me within 7 days of your appointment and I will be happy to offer an adjustment free of charge. Please note that this does not apply to change of mind or a direction that is different than original appointment.

Covid-19
Masks are appreciated but not enforced. Anyone showing symptoms of being unwell will be asked to reschedule. Please be respectful of other tenants and clients.

Lateness & Cancelations
Please give me 48 hours notice for any cancelation or rescheduling of appointments.
Please text me if you are running late - arrivals over 15 minutes will be asked to reschedule or shorten their service.
