As soon as we are satisfied that there are no cleaning matters being reported from the incoming HPLS guest we will return your security and cleaning deposit via refund to the card used to book your stay. Please allow 14 days for this to happen.
Please note. The deposit refund will be made to the same payment method that you used to book. If you would like it made to a different card, please state which card or account below. Otherwise please leave blank.
