In our parish, roles that require a WWCC include:
- Acolytes and Adult Servers,
- Catechists,
- Children’s Liturgy,
- Musicians and Choir members (only if children are in the choir),
- Sacramental Program.

If a role involves contact with minors under 18 years, then a WWCC is required.

If you will be visiting the homes of vulnerable or aged parishioners, or transporting them, then a police check is also required.

Apply or renew your application for a NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) by visiting this website. A WWCC is free for volunteers. If you do not yet have a WWCC, please email the parish your details after you have received your clearance.
