URGENT: Please be sure each photo number you are submitting starts with IMG or DSC and ends with .JPG (i.e. IMG_0104.JPG or DSC00796.JPG). If you use a program other than Internet Explorer to view the photos, it may renumber the photos with its own numbering system so that we can't recognize the correct photo number.

There are three different sections on this form. Royal is for a Royal Wedding Photo Package. Deluxe is for the Sweet Memories or Eternal Unity Wedding Photo Package (or, if a deluxe shoot was added on to a smaller wedding package). Mini is for a mini photo shoot added on to an officiant only or Intimate Affair wedding pacakge. Please use the section that corresponds with yoru wedding package.

To place your order for prints and/or web page, type in the full .JPG photo number of each photo (example: DSC_4349.jpg), separated by commas, in the appropriate section for the photo package you ordered. Complete form and click on the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom.
