The Certificate Program

Deadline for Fall 2025 Enrollment is August 1st, 2025 for domestic students and May 31st, 2025 for international students. 

Ballet/Contemporary Track
You must submit ALL of the following:

• Cover Letter (including a short introduction of yourself, why you would be suitable for this scholarship, how you would benefit if selected, and how you heard about Peridance)
• Headshot
• CV/Resume
• Two letters of recommendation, one of which must be from a professional in the field of dance
• Personal essay (up to 1 page, single spaced) about who you are and what you hope to achieve in your training and dance career
• Proof of completion of High School or High School equivalent
• Any additional dance certificates, awards, etc. as a subsection in your resume

Video Requirements

• Your choice of 3 complete Barre Exercises (one side only)
• Demonstration of Adagio, Pirouette and Grande Allegro center work
• A 2-3 minute contemporary solo demonstrating your technical ability, quality of movement, and musicality in the style of your choice

Commercial Dance Track
You must submit ALL of the following:

• Cover Letter (including a short introduction of yourself, why you would be suitable for this scholarship, how you would benefit if selected, and how you heard about Peridance)
• Headshot
• CV/Resume
• Two letters of recommendation, one of which must be from a professional in the field of dance
• Personal essay (up to 1 page, single spaced) about who you are and what you hope to achieve in your training and dance career
• Proof of completion of High School or High School equivalent
• Any additional dance certificates, awards, etc. as a subsection in your resume

Video Requirements

• Your choice of 2 Contemporary, Jazz, Modern, or Theatre Dance exercises (64 counts each).
• Demonstration of 2 solos in a style of your choice: Theatre Dance, Hip Hop, Popping, Waacking, Voguing, House, Jazz, Tap, or any other Street Dance style; Solos should demonste your technical ability, quality of movement, and musicality in the style of your choice.

MOPTOP Professional Program
You must submit ALL of the following:

• Headshot
• CV/Resume

Video Requirements

• 2-minutes of freestyle

Peridance Collective 

Deadline is September 1, 2025

You must submit ALL of the following:

• Headshot

Video Requirements

• Your choice of Barre or center work in ballet.
• A 2-3 minute contemporary solo demonstrating your artistic and technical abilities in contemporary dance or contemporary ballet.
• Under 2-minutes of improvisation

Teen Summer Intensive

Deadline is May 31, 2025

Junior Group (Ages 12-14)
You must submit ALL of the following:

• Cover Letter (including a short introduction of yourself, how you would benefit if selected, and how you heard about Peridance)
• Headshot
• Photo of applicant in first arabesque
• Photo of applicant in tendu a la seconde

Video Requirements

• Begin your video by stating your name, age, and date of birth.
• Barre work including pliés, tendus, and grand battement
• Center work including adagio, pirouette, and petit allegro
• Optional: modern/contemporary combination or classical variation

Senior Group (Ages 15-17)
You must submit ALL of the following:

• Cover Letter (including a short introduction of yourself, how you would benefit if selected, and how you heard about Peridance)
• Headshot
• Photo of applicant in first arabesque
• Photo of applicant in tendu a la seconde

Video Requirements

• Your choice of 2 complete Barre Exercises (one side only).
• Demonstration of one adagio, pirouette, and grande allegro combinations in center.
• Modern/contemporary combination or classical variation.

PCDC Summer Intensive

Deadline is June 15, 2025

You must submit ALL of the following:

• Headshot
• CV/Resume

Video Requirements

• Your choice of Barre or center work in ballet.
• A 2-3 minute contemporary solo demonstrating your artistic and technical abilities in contemporary dance or contemporary ballet.
   

The School at Peridance (SAP) Core Program 

Rolling Deadline 

You must submit ALL of the following:

• Headshot
• Photo of applicant in first arabesque

Video Requirements

• Begin your video by stating your name, age, and date of birth.
• Your choice of 2 complete Barre Exercises (one side only)
• Adagio in center
• Pirouettes in center
• Petit Allegro
• Modern or Contemporary combination
• Optional: improvisation clip under 2 minutes
• If you have pointe experience, please demonstrate short barre or center combination

Audition Results

The Certificate Program - Fall 2025 Enrollment: Application results will be distributed on a rolling basis beginning January 1 through August 4. For Domestic students, if you do not receive an email containing your audition results by August 4, please send an email with the applicant’s name and email address to certificateprogram@peridance.com.

For International students, if you do not receive an email containing your audition results by July 15, please send an email with the applicant’s name and email address to certificateprogram@peridance.com.

Independent Study Program: Application results will be distributed on a rolling basis. If you do not receive an email containing your audition results within 2 months, please send an email with the applicant’s name and email address to training@peridance.com.

Teen Summer Intensive: Application results will be distributed on a rolling basis beginning January 1, 2025 through June 1, 2025. If you do not receive an email containing your audition results by June 1, 2025, please send an email with the applicant’s name and email address to summerintensive@peridance.com 

PCDC Summer Intensive: Application results will be distributed on a rolling basis January 1, 2025 through July 1, 2025. If you do not receive an email containing your audition results by July 1, 2025, please send an email with the applicant’s name and email address to pcdc@peridance.com

Waiver/ Release/ Policy
Please carefully read the Liability Waiver, Media Release and Refund/Cancellation Policy below and sign. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must sign as well.

Liability
I am participating in Peridance Center’s Masterclass and/or Auditions for their dance training programs, and understand that dance comes with a risk of injury and may not hold Peridance or its staff liable for any injuries that may occur during the event as a direct result of participation.

Media Release
I hereby give my consent to Peridance Center to use my name and any form of dance-related media acquired during my study (video, photography, voice, etc.) for publication, advertising, marketing, promotional campaigns, etc. I understand that I will not be compensated by Peridance or a third party should Peridance decide to use these materials.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
The tuition is non-refundable. There are no refunds once you have begun the program, and no refunds will be given for any absences not made up during your period of study. Peridance reserves the right to cancel the intensive if the enrollment is insufficient. In such case, student will receive a full refund.

Scholarship
Scholarship recipients are responsible for all living, transportation, accommodations, and Visa expenses. If a student decides to withdraw early from any program, they will be required to submit a formal written notice to the Program Director and the Artistic Director. A student who withdraws early will be responsible for paying back ALL tuition fees used during their scholarship studies. Payment must be received in FULL within 14 days of the official withdrawal date. Peridance Center reserves the right to alter or revoke scholarship awards in the event of student misconduct or failure to comply with Peridance policies. Upon receiving financial assistance, a student must uphold the criteria outlined above in order to maintain his/her scholarship.
