BIG FOUR® BRIDGE SPECIAL LIGHTING REQUEST
Individuals and organizations may be given an opportunity to choose a color scheme to be displayed for a single day or weekend.
An individual or organization may request a lighting scheme by submitting a completed “Big Four Bridge – Special Lighting Request” application not less than 30 days in advance of the requested date(s).
A lighting display is at the discretion of WDC and subject to availability. A “Big Four Bridge – Special Lighting Request” is the bridge lighting only.
If an individual or organization would like to host an event at a Waterfront Park venue in conjunction with their chosen date(s) for lighting the Big Four Bridge, they will need to submit the “Special Event Permit” application as well as pay user fees and damage deposit fees for producing an event.
The Big Four Bridge lights come on at sunset and remain on until 1 a.m. Lighting request duration: there is a maximum of seven days (a week) in a 90-day period.
Fees for special lighting must be paid in full in advance to confirm the reservation.
Rates for lighting the bridge are: 1 day - $1,000 per day
Non-Profit Fees: 1 day – Non-Profit - $250 per day (Attach a current verification of non-profit status with current Board of Director’s roster)
