  • The Waterfront Park Charles I. McCarty Boardroom offers a unique venue space with exquisite views unlike any other venue in Downtown Louisville. Whether you’re planning a  company meeting, a family gathering, a rehearsal dinner, or an intimate wedding everyone will surely enjoy this exclusive space. 

  • Hours of Operation:

    Daytime events: 8 am -5 pm Evening events: 6 pm – 11 pm
  • User Fee

    Includes: Breathtaking views of Downtown Louisville & the Ohio River;  Accommodates up to 50-60 people for a seated dinner;  Accommodates 75 for a standing cocktail reception;  Patio is available for outdoor space (additional charge of $250);  A kitchenette is available for caterer;  TV and DVD available for use during the event;  Two restroom facilities; There is a 15% Nonprofit Discount; A key will be provided, there is a $50 fee for lost keys
  • Outside Vendors

    If needed, we will work with you on renting the following items from an outside rental company  (these items are not included in the user fee – separate charges from vendors):  Chairs, Tables, Table Linens, Centerpieces, Alcohol Caterer, Food Caterer
