BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM ABIDING BY THIS RULES THAT:

1) I am willing to let my child abide by the policies and philosophy of education at HCIK.
2) I will support and help my child to observe all school regulations, including protecting the school’s equipment, buildings, property and fame. I also acknowledge that if my child or I bring a bad name to the school, its spiritual standards or educational process, my child may be dismissed.
3) The administration has full responsibility for placing my child in the proper grade.
4) The teacher/administration has full discretion in classroom discipline as specified in the HCIK policy.
5) I understand that HCIK does not discriminate in its enrollment practices against any person because of race, sex, color, nationality or ethnic origin.
6) The tuition is to be paid on time as per the agreed upon schedule. A LATE FEE OF 100 BAHT PER DAY PER STUDENT IS AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR LATE PAYMENT OF TUITION. IF THE CUMULATIVE LATE FEE REACHES 5,000 BAHT THE SCHOOL WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION TO ENSURE THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE IS PAID. If a problem should arise regarding any payments, I will contact the school office as soon as possible. Students attending school for any part of a semester will be billed for the entire semester for all tuition and fees.
7) My child re-enrollment is not complete until I sign the “Parent Agreement.” Failure to submit this signed agreement will result in removal of the invitation of enrollment or the immediate removal of my child.

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I AM EXPRESSING INTENT TO ENROLL MY CHILD FOR THE ENTIRE SEMESTER. SHOULD I ELECT TO DISCONTINUE THIS CONTRACT, OR MY CHILD BE DISMISSED BY THE SCHOOL, THE PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND TUITION DUE AT THAT TIME SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS REASONABLE SERVERANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.

I hereby certify that the facts set forth in this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that discovery of falsification of any statement or significant omission of facts during any phase of the application process may prevent my child from being accepted, or if accepted, may subject my child to immediate dismissal.
I further certify that I have carefully read and do understand the above statements.

THIS FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS: THE SIGNATURES OF EITHER THE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS ARE AFFIXED (UNLESS ONE PARENT IS NOT LIVING AT HOME), AND A COMPLETED EMERGENCY FORM AND NON-REFUNDABLE 10,000 BAHT TUITION DEPOSIT ACCOMPANY IT.

HCIK is permitted to require the parents of prospective and re-enrolling HCIK students to sign this parent agreement. Failure to sign this agreement will result in the immediate withdrawal of the invitation of enrollment or the dismissal of the student.

We, as parents, agree to accept all regulations of the school on the student’s behalf.

We hereby invest authority in the school to discipline our child as outlined in the school handbook. We further agree to cooperate and discipline our child in the home as needed.

We pledge to pay our financial obligations to the school regularly and on time and understand that late fees will be assessed when payment has not been made by the scheduled due date. We realize that failure to fulfill our financial obligations to HCIK will result in the removal of our child from HCIK. We understand that assessments will be made to cover damage to school property (i.e. breaking of windows, abuse of books, loss of textbooks etc.) done by our child.

We understand that Hana Christian International Kindergarten reserves the right to expel any student who fails to comply with the regulations and discipline as specified in the HCIK Parent and Student Handbook.

We understand that the standards of the school do not tolerate willful disobedience to school regulations, defiance, disrespect to school authority, profane or obscene language or behavior, disrespect to the Lord and His Word.

We have read the HCIK Parent/Student Handbook and agree to fully cooperate.
