By submitting this form, I agree and acknowledge that:

1) In the event of any alleged loss or damage suffered as a result of the provision of the cleaning and disinfection services requested by me, Sureclean Pte Ltd (“Sureclean”) shall only be liable for such alleged loss or damage if, and only to the extent that, it can be shown, to Sureclean’s reasonable satisfaction, that (i) such loss or damage was caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Sureclean or its personnel, and (ii) such loss or damage was not in any way attributable (whether in part or in whole) to any fault on my part and/or on the part of any other person. Furthermore, Sureclean’s liability for any damages, claims, liabilities, costs, or losses arising out of or relating to the cleaning and disinfection services performed shall, in any event, be limited to the fees paid by me under the relevant invoice issued by Sureclean for the requested services;

2) For post-renovation cleaning:
    -We do not provide chemical / acid wash.
    -We do not remove any post renovation leftover such as; plastic sheets/wood
    pieces, paint stains/cement drops or all other hard to remove stains caused by
    contractors
    -We do not encourage any contractor/carpentry works or touch up done on/after
    the day of our cleaning service. They should be completed and handed over
    ready for our cleaning service.

3) For washing machine cleaning:
    -Washing machine cleaning requires our technician to dismantle and reassemble the machine at the premises. I confirm that I have disclosed the brand, model, approximate age and any known faults, leaks or error codes to Sureclean prior to the service.
    -We do not service Bosch machines and selected other brands and models. Eligibility is confirmed only upon Sureclean's assessment of the brand and model prior to commencement, and Sureclean may decline or discontinue the service at any time, including upon arrival, if the machine is assessed as unsuitable or unsafe to dismantle.
    -Washing machine components, including seals, clips, hose connectors and plastic housings, become brittle with age and humidity and may fail during careful dismantling and reassembly through no fault of Sureclean. I acknowledge and accept that Sureclean shall not be liable for any spoilage, malfunction, failure or damage to the machine arising from or attributable to the machine's own age, wear, pre-existing condition or defect, prior repair, improper installation, or my own use, misuse or maintenance of the machine.
    -Dismantling may affect the manufacturer's warranty. It is my responsibility to verify my warranty terms prior to the service, and Sureclean shall not be liable for any warranty invalidated by the service.
    -Any damage alleged to have been caused by the service must be reported to Sureclean within 48 hours of completion, together with photographs, to permit inspection.
    -For the avoidance of doubt, Sureclean's total liability for any damages, claims, liabilities, costs or losses arising out of or relating to washing machine cleaning shall in any event be limited to the fees paid by me under the relevant invoice issued by Sureclean for that service.

4) In the event that I (or a mutually agreed person acting on my behalf) am not present at the premises for the duration of and at the time of completion of the cleaning and disinfection services, Sureclean shall be entitled to disclaim any liability for, and I shall be deemed to have granted Sureclean a waiver and release from any and all claims I may have against Sureclean for any alleged loss or damage suffered as a result of the cleaning and disinfection services.

5) I consent to Sureclean and its related corporations, its agents and its authorised service providers collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing my personal data (including the above information and any other contact details which I may provide to Sureclean from time to time), and sharing such personal data with Sureclean’s business partners, marketing partners, co-brand partners (as the case may be) and their authorised service providers in order to send me marketing and promotional material about products and services as well as advertisements, promotions and events, conduct consumer or market research and identify products and services which may be relevant to me.

6) Any same-day activation of services will incur an urgent admin charge of S$30.00 before GST.
