Deposits
Cap In Hand have a strict deposit policy, which has been tried and tested and works best for all involved.
All appointments will require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be at the artists discretion.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Our strict policy regarding deposits are there to whittle out hasty and spur of the moment bookings and time wasters. We run a professional and efficient business with a busy and consistent client base, this policy ensures each and every client receives the time and consideration deserved.
During the case of a “no show”, you will lose all of your deposit. The deposit will cover the costs of prep work and time lost.
If for any reason your appointed Artist is no longer suddenly available then the deposit can be used for another appointment at a suitable date & time.
In the case of a client rescheduling you MUST give the studio at least 48 hrs before appointment slot, We do NOT give cash refunds.
Again we stress that our deposits are there to ensure we eradicate hasty, spur of the moment bookings and time wasters. Please do your research into tattoo costs and studios prior to making an appointment
