  • JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
    • Any of CIA, CISA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent credentials is mandatory. 
    • Typically hold 12 years of relevant experience.
    • Lead workstreams on large-size engagements or programs. 
    • Deal with the management of high-risk exposure. 
    • Deliver quality and efficient work by managing, empowering, and coaching the engagement team in the completion of quality work and instilling strong audit service, including engagement reporting, by demonstrating technical excellence and managerial mindsets.
    • Maintain excellent working relationships with senior management.
    • Support a learning culture to encourage ongoing learning and career development for staff, in line with IAAS vision and values.
    • Build strong professional working relationships with senior management.
    • Develop the team members and the managerial tasks, including audit planning and risk assessment.

    JOB Requirement

    • Lead audit engagements: Manage multiple audit engagements, reviews, and compilations from start to finish, including planning, execution, and final reporting.
    • Strengthen client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, manage their expectations, and lead discussions on audit reports and findings.
    • Mentor and develop talent: Actively mentor and role-model values to develop team members to their full potential, contributing to the broader talent management efforts across the organization.
    • Drive technical excellence: Serve as a high-level technical expert, providing strategic guidance to leadership and contributing to the design and delivery of robust solutions.
    • Foster a culture of innovation: Champion a change and innovation mindset, acting as a globally minded and culturally sensitive role model in all relationships.
