When submitting your application, please attach a copy of your student's most recent report card, along with any standardized test scores or progress reports. Please note, the information you provide in the application will be kept confidential and will be used for internal tracking purposes only. If you are unable to upload your documents below, please email them to info@primaryfocuslc.com with your student's name in the subject bar. One application per student.

Primary Focus Learning Center offers a parent-only platform designed to help with the day-to-day realities of parenting and functioning as a family. This program strives to influence children’s outcomes by motivating changes in parents through a variety of educational workshops, support services and practical support.
