IML Interview Room Scheduling

Please use this reservation form to reserve a time slot for using the IML Video Interview Room. Note: Priority is on first-come-first-serve basis. Ensure there are no conflicting times when you enter your desired time. Please reserve the space at least 72 hours in advance. If it is not 72 hours in advance, you will not be able to submit the form and make a reservation. As a reminder, the interview space can only be used M-F from 9am – 5pm.

Technology will be provided for online interviews including a computer, large TV screen, camera, and microphone. Please make sure to have your sign-in information (username and password) for applications like Skype and Zoom as they will be entered manually on our computer.
If the times above do not exactly match your scheduling needs, please reserve the time closest to what you need above and provide your requested time below. We will do our best to accommodate to your request.
