2025 River Bend Family Campground Craft Show Vendor Application

Fill out the form below if you're interested in being a Vendor. Vendor table location is not guaranteed, booths will be set according to vendor space availability and electric requirements. Campers must bring their own tables. Non-campers receive an 8 foot table and chairs as part of the registration cost.

VENDOR NOTE:

Vendor Set up is between 7:30am and 8:30am on Saturday morning. Show is from 9am-4pm. Breakdown time starts at 4pm and not beforehand. Early breakdown will prevent future Craft Show participation.

Craft Show Hours are Sat.9-4. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at those times, no tearing down early, unless otherwise arranged. Do you agree to that?*

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received before April 15th. A cancellation received after April 15th results in no refund.
