Delegate Registration
When you register your school's attending delegates, please designate preferred lodging accommodations. Each cabin has a restroom, shower, and linens provided. No adult will be placed on a top bunk. The four basic accommodations to choose from are small cottage (2 people and reserved for married couples as these options are limited), large cottage (4-5 people; $80 upcharge for married couple), and large cabin (6-8 people). We have a fifth option for guests who want to stay in a gender specific but not school-exclusive cabin. Guests who sign up for this would receive a $10 off discount -- men with men from different schools and ladies with ladies from different schools.

If delegates would rather stay in hotels in the area (approximately 30 minutes from venue), they are welcome to make those reservations and attend the convention throughout the day and evening including attending meals, activities, workshops, and sessions. The convention price per delegate who plans to provide their own lodging is $150. This price includes all meals and activities.

This price includes lodging, meals, professional development, general sessions, and activities for Wednesday evening arriving after 7 p.m. and departing on Friday morning by 11 a.m. First meal served is Thursday breakfast at 8 a.m. After September 25, we begin to open up cabin availability to vendors. Register early to reserve your spot! Registration after October 1, increases the price per person by $20.
