Please complete the below form if you are planning to attend Manchester Pride and require the use of our bookable access facilities.
You may also be entitled to a ticket for your Personal Assistant at no extra cost via our Personal Assistant Scheme. We will require you to upload evidence when applying for this scheme (see below).
Please note the closing date for applications is 18:00 pm Friday 12th August 2022. This allows Manchester Pride to accommodate all requests in advance of your arrival, and it may not be possible to process applications received after this date.

How to Apply
Step one: Purchase your festival tickets*! Check out our website for the different options.
*do not buy a ticket for your Personal Assistant if you are applying via our Scheme (below).
Step two: Complete this form and quote your ticket reference number.
Step three (optional): Upload your supporting evidence if requesting a Personal Assistant ticket.
Next Steps
Once you have completed this form, you will see a 'Thank you' message to confirm we have received your information. You will also receive a copy of your completed form to your given email address.
If you have applied for a Personal Assistant ticket, the Manchester Pride Events Team will contact you within 10 working days of submitting this form to confirm your application has been accepted.
In the weeks leading up to the event, the Manchester Pride Access Team will send you an Information Pack that will include key contact details, maps showing the locations of facilities, and any other final information.

Personal Assistant Scheme Information
Section 3 of the form allows you to request a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket.
As part of this request, we kindly ask that you supply supporting documentation.
If accepted, your Personal Assistant will receive the same ticket type that you purchased for yourself.
Supporting documents:
Please upload a scanned copy or a picture from your mobile device of your evidence to this form. Please feel free to block out any information that relates to the amount of benefit paid or health conditions etc. that might be on the documents.
To be eligible for the Personal Assistant Scheme you must be able to supply one of the following documentation dated within the past 12 months, or with a valid date covering the event:

The front page of DLA letter with PIP letter showing the start and end dates of your entitlement

The front page of Attendance Allowance letter

Evidence of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind)

Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
If you are not in receipt of any of the above, you can supply the following to support your application and it will be reviewed on a case by case basis:
