Afternoon Tea Booking Form 2022

Thank you for selecting the Walter Raleigh Hotel for your afternoon tea. We look forward to welcoming you and your guests and we will do our best to ensure that you enjoy your afternoon with us.

We have placed a provisional booking in our system for your preferred time & date and we would ask you to complete the form below within 48hr to guarantee your booking.

When completed the form will calculate the required booking deposit. After you have paid your deposit you will have 7 days in which you can change or cancel your booking with a full refund, as long as it not less than one week from the booked date.

After that time the deposit is non-refundable and the total cost of the booking, less the deposit paid, along with any additional guests or drinks will be charged on the day.
