    Homeowners' Home Improvement Request
  • A form MUST be submitted and approved before any changes can occur. 

    The committee or office will reach out to the homeowner upon approval/disapproval of the home improvement request. 

    On approval, the starting date and completion date shall be determined. 

    All projects must be completed within six months of the starting date.  

    All change order requests must be in writing, dated and sent to the ACC, and signed by the homeowner and the ACC to be considered approved.  A copy of the approval/disapproval shall be part of this agreement.

  • Instructions for completing this form.

    1) Describe the planned improvement, in detail. Please include start and complete dates.

    2) If the improvement is to be a boundary fence, screening fences, driveway, structural change, roofing, addition, or landscape changes additional information will be needed.

    *Attach a detailed sketched plan. Draw to scales as to the design, appearance, and location of the lot.

    *All materials to be used by the manufacturer and the product’s identification name and number.

    *If a lot has not been previously verified, a survey may be necessary at the homeowners expense. Submitting a survey with your application will expedite the process. After preliminary review, abutting neighbors willbe offered 30 days to express any concerns.

    3) If the proposed improvement request is exterior painting or staining the following is required:

    *The pain manufacturer's name, paint color name, and number with a manufacturer number color and attached color chip.

    *Or, an actual painted sample area to the project in an inconspicuous area of the project showing the basic color and trim color requested. 

    4) For any home improvement request please note that the objections of the neighbors/residents will be considered in the approval process.

  • The purpose of this form is to satisfy the Covenants and Policies of the Beckonridge Homeowners’ Association.  It is the property owner’s responsibility to comply with all permits required by Pierce County and the City of University Place.  It is also the responsibility of the property owner that construction be confined within the respective property.  If any questions should arise concerning the lot boundaries or compliance, it will be the responsibility of the property owner to furnish acceptable proof at their expense.
