Artist Application Form

Art from the Heart is a fundraising event for Columbus Community Center, a nonprofit organization serving individuals with disabilities for over 50 years. We seek emerging artists in the disability community as well as seasoned artists in our local art community. All artwork will be placed in our on-line auction which will run from July 28-30, 2022. As this is a fundraising event, artwork is considered a donation, artists will not be receiving commissions for their work. 100% of the proceeds from this event helps us continue our programs and services to support individuals with disabilities to purposefully live meaningful lives.
