ADVENTIST FRONTIER MISSIONS EUROPE ASSOCIATION, based in Romania, Com. Floresti, str. Florilor, no. 258, sc. 1, et. 1, ap. 10, Cluj County, having fiscal code: 41446083 (hereinafter referred to as “Association”) as Operator in accordance with EU Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"), informs you about the processing your personal data and your rights regarding this processing in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
❖ Collection and Processing of Personal Data.
The personal data collected in support of the Association will be processed only for the purpose stated in the foregoing and the analysis of the data. For the purposes mentioned above, your data will be stored in our database in accordance with the law.

❖ Providing Data and Duration of their retention
The provision of the following data is necessary in order to fulfill in the best conditions the aims and objectives of the Association, as it is provided in the Statute of the Association: name and surname, address, CNP, telephone number and e-mail address and other personal data provided in writing based on the forms and lists provided to you by the Association and completed by you. You are not obliged to provide us with this personal data. Your personal data will be stored until the moment of the termination of the relationship with you, unless we have a legal obligation to further store your data in order to present them to the public authorities. The storage and transfer of your personal data to public authorities for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation is legally based on Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 letter c) GDPR.
❖ The rights of the data subject
• The right to access personal data (Article 15 of the Regulation): The right to receive information on data processing and a copy of the data processed
• The right to rectification of personal data (Article 16 of the Regulation): The right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data
• The right to the deletion of personal data (Article 17 of the Regulation): The right to request the deletion of personal data and, if personal data have been made public, the transmission of information regarding the request for deletion by others operator
• The right to receive personal data concerning the data subject in a structured, commonly used format and to request the transmission of such data to another controller
• The right to object (Article 21 of the Regulation): The right to object to the processing of data with the intention of ceasing processing
• The right to withdraw consent: The right to withdraw at any time a consent given to the cessation of data processing based on your consent. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing on the basis of consent given before withdrawal.
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of data is a breach of the Regulation.
