In consideration of Ron White Racing allowing me to participate in its activities, use its equipment, and access its facilities, I hereby release Ron White Racing, its members, agents, employees, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my renting and operating a go-kart at Ron White Racing. This includes any injury, death, property damage, or other losses to myself, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns.

Additionally, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Ron White Racing, its members, agents, employees, successors, and assigns, from any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss, or wrongful death resulting from its negligence.

I understand that participating in activities offered by or associated with Ron White Racing exposes me to inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including the possibility of serious bodily injury, paralysis, death, and property damage or loss. By engaging in such activities, I voluntarily and fully accept these risks and assume all responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage, including death, that may occur to myself or my property while at Ron White Racing.

I acknowledge that I will be held responsible for any damage caused to Ron White Racing equipment during my use, and agree to pay for any such damage in addition to the rental fee. A credit card authorization form is required prior to use of rental karts and will be billed in the event of crash damage to the kart incurred by hazardous or negligent driving.

This release shall be binding upon my family, estate, heirs, or assigns, and will remain in effect each time I rent and operate a go-kart at Ron White Racing. Additionally, I consent to the use of any photographic, video, or other images of me for promotional and advertising purposes without any fee or compensation.

a) That I have read the foregoing Liability Release, understand it, and sign it voluntarily;

b) That I am not pregnant;

c) That I have not consumed alcohol or drugs, which may affect my ability to drive a go-kart in a safe manner;

d) That I do not suffer from a heart condition, high blood pressure or other medical condition which may be aggravated by my operating a go-kart;

e) That I will wear a helmet and long hair will be tucked inside the helmet or race suit while operating a go-kart or otherwise while in or around the racetrack;

f) That I will stay seated in the go-kart until instructed by a track official to get out of the go-kart;

g) That I will obey all rules and regulations of Ron White Racing;

h) That I will closely observe and follow the instructions of all facility personnel;

i) That I agree TO PAY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES to the equipment, facilities and any other part or parts thereof caused by me, negligently, willfully or otherwise;

j) That this agreement is continuing and shall remain in effect every time I use this facility;

k) That if I am under 18, I must have my parent or legal guardian, sign this form.
